Just got the 18mm 22in iced out cuban from you guys and that box lock was hard to open I didn’t want to use too much force I was afraid I’d break it. This video helped a lot

Mines really hard to open and close like basically impossible it’s the when where you open it and then put the end bit into the box bit then close it but I literally can’t open or close it for some reason??

When it comes to clasps, i'm given small clasps to struggle open and close. I was given a bracelet with a small clasp but I could never easily open the clasp. Another one was a necklace with a small clasp that I struggled to open. I then came to the conclusion that I don't do so well with small claps and I struggle a lot, with small clasps.
