First thing I do is to check the mover operates before I engage with the tyre.

Green signal light is on but when one of the buttons is pressed , a red light comes on the remote control.

I’ve followed the steps but get nothing but a little red light on the remote when I press a button

My isolation switch is under the front seat near the boiler usually should in the battery box is this safe?

The usual caravaners slip up is forgetting to CLOSE the battery box door BEFORE moving 😁
