How To Operate Easyfone: Beginner's Guide 

I recently purchased this phone and find that it is nice and loud which is good because I have a hearing problem. I am new to this phone so I would like you to make more detailed videos explaining how to use all of its features. I would, specifically, like to know how to send and receive text messages.

I purchased this phone for our ASD son. The instructions talk about the alarms but do not say if setting them is on or off. The instructions on this are vague. Simple would be that on means on and off means off but I noticed a little checkmark to the side of the alarms that are set for repeat during work days. So my question is this: when the alarm rings does silencing it turn it off? Do you have a video for setting the alarm(s)? This should be a very simple phone but it makes me feel stupid asking this question because what we have been experiencing doesn't make sense. Thank you in advance.🤔
