OK, let's start from the very beginning! I take it someone else is going to knock up the stock later!!!! Why are you moving the back gauge manually but not setting the mark as program mark? Why turn the block completely around? Are you not going to follow the Lay and Grip? Smashing an A0 stack to the back gauge and it won't be long until the back gauge is out of square! Why are you cutting the stack to a Previous copy not the size x3 and then struggle to move stack out the way to retrieve the cut stock? And then cut off excess trim again before dividing the sheet size in two? Very bizarre!
