Means that it is not connected to the speaker. Try to full charge first then open again together with the speaker

Try quick pressing the minus button on the mic twice to reduce/turn off the reverb

Press vol down twice quickly

Please do full charge first…

Does your microphone is fully charged? Did you increase the volume of your mic? Or does you notice the mic button on the speaker try to press that.

That’s what i am experiencing too. Even I did connecting it directly to power supply still it will automatically turn off.

@@kevinquema7925 no, not long press, and press +/- on the mic , just press once you'll hear the beep sound . Only three levels of volume. When you reach the highest/ lowest and if you still press +/- it ll beep twice and that's the indicator that it can't go any lower/higher than that. Hope this helps

Hello you cannot connect the microphone into your phone nor cannot be connected to any other devices. The microphone only can be connected to speaker and the speaker Bluetooth will be connected to your phone. The microphone is designed and supported the speaker itself. And about the usb, you can use flash drive that only music is installed or save that drive

Keep your mic away from the speaker. Or in the speaker beside the power button (M) try to click that

I have the same issue, seeing many others do as well. Guess I will have to return this POS. Microphones are not “auto connecting” when turning on microphones & then speaker. No one seems to have the answer on how to troubleshoot this as well 😏

You said speaker automatically turns off after 10mins usage with a microphone please how long do I have to wait for it to come up, mine hasn’t come up since it turned off.

Yes every 10 minutes usage it will automatically off. I mean using as a karaoke. But for normal music only it works continuously. Then I just do a long press then it will turn on again. May you charge it for 1hr then check again

Maybe the USB you're using is not compatible. Does the USB you put only music or there're still other files?

Try to full charge the microphone or press the plus (+)sign of the microphone and the speaker or do long press the button next to negative (-) in the microphone

When you press 'mic button' it switches to different settings. Enter reverberating setting and then set it to minimum using volume buttons on the mic. Hope this works for you the it worked for me.
