So the Manuka honey, can I use it as I am trying to repair my skin barrier? I am very dry at the moment and planning to only use The Ordinary’s Squalene oil to cleanse and moisturize. I have also decided to add a probiotic you mentioned in another video. And of course, eat well. Should I incorporate the manuka honey mask, 2/3 x a week? Thank you 🤍
