I am working on what I feel like is the last few negative beliefs I need to tackle in order to be fully recovered. On the physical side, I feel almost fully normal with food. Please do a LONG affirmation video for IE, HAES thinking to meditate or sleep to. Please see Dauchsy on RU-vid for the powerful method he uses. It's hard to find videos without Diet culture encouraging weight loss, calorie counting or exercises implying restriction.
Do you have any affirmation video links that recommend positive statements that may help undo restricting and diet thinking. Most affirmation videos still try to support restricting.
