How to overcome the Spirit of Rejection

I just got delivered for this spirit, and when you said stop making an altar out your pain that struck a cord. That's just what I used to do, and stay in pity it was an idol. Oh but now I'm free and can see so much clearly. Now I know who I am and I'm not looking for anyone's approval or care how they think of me because they are not God only his creation and I was made for his pleasure. It only matter what God thinks of me.I stop replaying the scenes in my head don't hold any ill feelings against those in my past actually it's a pleasure to talk with them now.

1. Forgive your past 2. Identify beliefs and thoughts that fuel that rejection 3. Acknowledge the impact of your thoughts and experiences 4. Make a decision that you want a new way of thinking, living, and relating 5. Cast down thoughts of separation 6. Replace thoughts with words from scriptures and truths from other parts of your life 7. Rehearse the truth and not just what you think 8. Become aware of your thoughts and why you think them 9. Get around people who can hold you accountable 10. Do not give up
