The USPS rumor mill says that they will start offering USPS Ground Advantage boxes on July 29 of this year. If they were free what a ground changer that would be for sellers who no longer had to buy their boxes.

Hi Lonnie, good luck with getting a refund nowadays for damage with USPS. It is good that the customer is returning the item to you, but now the Post Office require an inspection. Whenever you get a damage claim, a letter is sent letting you know the item is needed for inspection, and if the item is unavailable for inspection the claim is denied. If you have the package it will instruct you to turn it in to the post office for inspection. Some employees say it is at random, and that some claims get reimbursed with just the photo evidence, but I’ve had 2 damage claims this year both damaged due to being treated roughly tossed around, both resulted in that letter being sent and after the inspection both were denied. I made a video about it on my channel. I’ve even appealed and those got denied as well. Pretty frustrating. With all the ground advantage service, I can see why they’d go that route now since that service gives you “insurance”, and can only imagine how much they’d lose if they reimbursed all the claims they received. Still doesn’t make it right though. Hope you are able to get it!

Are the outside dimensions actually 12x12x12. I bought some (not from Grainger) and they measure 12x12x13 which really can increase shipping!! Love all your videos!
