Since our founder, Dale, started taking LSU students to the slopes in 1974, The Backpacker has had the South's largest selection of skiwear: everything from baselayers, socks, to snow jackets, and more! Today, we have two outdoor clothing & gear retail locations and continue to offer guided tours to the country's top skiing destinations.
