I know... it was the first videos we made with that camera and we had no idea that the mic was so good. I apologize. I will probably have her make a new one of these without me breathing (well maybe me not breathing hard ;)
I agree :) I have no idea why she married me. But I am glad that she is not working on our videos. She has a bunch more traveling with kids videos coming out over the next month or two so please subscribe to watch and see. thanks for watching and commenting!
Wolters World where did you go on this trip, just wondering if this would apply to a trip I am planning we will be going to a few countries so not sure if we should bring suitcases or backpacks also is there's video about things to do in Europe
I love the idea of bringing a small container of Tide. When traveling abroad, I sometimes ended up washing dirty clothes in the sink with hand soap! This seems like a much better solution! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing I tried this with my clothes, jeans jacket all adult things and I had plenty of room... For my wife's hair things 😉 the point is this was a brilliant idea thanks 😎 keep up the great work... Joe
you would be surprised how many times i have seen people getting all the baby stuff together then they almost forget the baby in the baby carrier :) its pretty funny
Everytime I take me kids out I take a photo of them on my phone. When we get home I usually delete it so I don't have 50million photos. (But for the reason that if god forbid 1 was to walk off or get lost I have a photo to show that is very current and exactly what they are wearing) is that weird??
+Lauren Johns Hey when you are in a giant crowd, it can't hurt to be careful. I also stick a business card from our hotel or one of ours in their sock. gross, but if they get separated they can give it to someone to get them home. I also tell them to look for a mom with kids if they need help. There aren't as many police on the streets in some places and sometimes they are carrying AKs which can be awful scary to a small person. jocelyn
+woltersworld I like the way you think :) I brought water proof bandaid gel and I usually write my phone number on there arm and cover with the bandaid gel so They can call me from a store or something .
Wondering, if you can do an update on this, now that your kids are much older, technology changes, interest changes would have changed in the last 6 years :-)
Can you please give advice on what to bring on a plane to make kids sleep comfortably on a plane? Specially shaped pillows? Blow up mattress? :-) Anything helps.. our first long haul to Europe with a 2 year old.. thanks!
+Alan McCormick (Practical Dad) We use the Bubble Bum blowup car sear...it's a booster seat and is approved for EU and USA. If we are going on a big road trip abroad we use GoGo Babyz wheel attachment for the big carseat. both are available online but I have seen the Bubble Bum at WalMart I think...or Tartget, one of the two. jocelyn
i know this is from a few years ago but have you tried using velcro straps for things that do not want to stay rolled up like the car seat? thiere about $4 on amazon.
Avani Desai amazon! I've seen them at walmart and target before also. I also highly recommend gogobabyz.com for wheels to attach to larger carseats. Because, wow, does it suck to tote a big carseat through the airport.
I thought you said you went to Europe? In Europe it doesn't cost that much the comment you made in the video stating sun cream costs around €25 is what i was quoting...
I stand by 20+ euro price for baby/ child formula aerosol sunscreens like the one I show in the video. At pharmacies near beaches they jack up the prices significantly. I distinctly remember paying 19euros in Albufeira for sunscreen that cost me about 12 in Lisbon centre...I remember because I was appalled!
I'd check with the country you are visiting. In Portugal we rarely saw kids over 3-5 in a carseat whereas in Germany kids were in them at the age of 10 or more. The EU probably has a standard but frankly I've seen a huge range over the continent.
I WISH I WENT TO EUROPE BUT MY PARENTS SAID I AM TOO YOUNG THE KID IN THE THUMBNAIL IS LIKE THREE AND I AM TEN ARE YOU SERIOUS NOW I THINK MY MOM AND DAD ARE LYING TO ME!!!!!
