The technique you did with the building/windows was great ! Also, when you put the leaves blowing across the scene it really put some motion into the scene and brought it to life. Yes, I would love to see a slower version of a tutorial on this painting. Also would be interested in a painting of a dancer, maybe ballet or a Spanish dancer. I know it may not be something you have done much of before but I would just like to see how you approach the subject and what you come up with.
Absolutely Gorgeous. When you see the finished painting it's hard to believe it only took you 15 minutes. Also, that painting for the pizza place is amazing. That lady is so life-like as is the rest of it. Would love to see it after it's installed as well as see updates as you complete the sections.

Great job Joe! Every time I hear you talk about having a painting event in Flagstaff get a twinge of disappointment that I don't live there. I would dearly love to be in one of your painting events. Your painting process is mesmerizing. You know exactly where each highlight should go and the perspective is amazingly crisp. I can reproduce images in acrylic. I see them as a collection of shapes of different value. I am not mathematically inclined nor do I have any formal art training. I paint from my gut. I struggle with starting from a mental image (without my reference crutch). How did you develop that ability to "download" your imagination to canvas?

Can you do maybe 15 minute Fridays so we can see more of your perfectionism - you explain as you go /edit & that’s really cool information, when your rushed in the 10 minutes you skip some details which I love to see, just a thought 😁
Thank you very much Goran! This is acrylic. It's not better than oil. Maybe just faster to spread on the canvas. It's just preference. Both oil and water base do certain things better than the other. The acrylic wall paints that I use are super cheap and that's a big plus for me. Oil is great for details and blending. Water is great for speed and layering.
If hands shake all the time with no reason - could be thyroid problems (usually accompanied by higher heart rate even if you are calm and in your bed ready to sleep; way higher than normal blood pressure, "soft stool" right after you eat, and eventually vision will go down as well. Sorry for posting this. I do not mean to be a smart... I just saw those hand shaking like that and thought of thyroid. I hope it is not the case here but just fatigue.

Im sure he is trying to cover all levels of peoples painting abilities. Not all are meant to be a masterpiece. I think thats the point of these 10 min videos ☺️
