Joy, did you prepare your paper in any way? I'm using 140 lb watercolour paper, but it tends to curl when I paint directly on it because it's thirty! Can you share what kind of paper are you using? Thanks for all the tutorials! I'm getting quite inspired.

Hi and thanks for your comment. I used my sketchbook with cartridge paper. I painted straight on the paper. You could gesso first which would help to stop the paper curling. Hope that helps and you enjoy doing this challenge.😃

I am assuming you have been using acrylics. I am trying to follow along with watercolors and sometimes things get muddy

Yes I am! However whether you're using acrylics or watercolour it's important to let the layers dry to avoid the colours going muddy. You can use a hairdryer or lots of patience! 😊🖌️🎨
