Cool job. I love ur videos ive learned alot from u. That fish is a mayan cichlid, they are not native to florida. I live here in florida and they are everywhere. Anyway thanks for all the knowledge in painting this awesome lures

Awesome work! Any idea how to paint salmon spoons? I've been sitting on 500 salmon spoons for years. I haven't painted them because I'm unsure of what would be the best way. I had to figure out how to strip the old paint off. It was a nightmare but I did it. Now I have 500 blanks. I tried powder paints but they add too much weight. I'm looking for ideas how to paint and clear coat them.

Automotive primer. Cure for 24 hours. Paint with airbrush. Any clearcoat will add weight
