I'm guessing the stencil is simply some cling wrap with a circle cut out. There is a type available that has a light adhesive that doesn't leave behind any sticky residue. I use plates, cups, coins, etc as circle templates 😁

...I remember, as.a child, I, would,watch a bubble,as it floated slowly,away,,..the whirling,colors,it had,..then it would ,get,crystal clear,...then burst! ...but I never,forgot those, colors..or the process...a bubbles short,...but Beautiful life!..
I want to start practicing techniques like this. I've always had SOME talent in drawing but never pursued it. How PLEASANT it is to watch you create this bubble. Amazing work 5 stars!!!
