The demonstrations that involve only one subject (eye, tomato, jar and cup) make your methods seem more possible/accessible for we mere mortals :) I hope I'm not the only one in the community who enjoys having The Way of Antonis broken down into such small bites. Thanks again for your generosity!

You are an incredibely gifted painter and a great teacher. I haven't painted in more that 20 years. My paintings don't have to be perfect, but I can feel the joy, fun and piece that the process brings.

Your eye is 😍 iam sure your other eye is beautiful 😍 also lol they are the mirror of the Sou, l I love eyes , thank you so much you are a fantastic teacher I watch your videos from 🇮🇪 everyday I have just finished my first Icon of the Virgin Mary it turned out lovely I joined a class 10 weeks ago in Wexford one day a week , we are having our Icons anointed by the Bishop next Sun 4th June I used to watch your videos during those 10 weeks .. .

I find your work amazing and mesmerized watching! My question is about the metal tool you utilize ….in another video you mentioned it should be an extension of your hand. I cannot find anything but the maul…….do u have a video or explanation of how to use this tool? Thank you lynn herbers

Antonis what kind of brushes do you use? So far I have only made sketches, and I want to evolve on the right path with quality materials. :)

I think his preferred brush is made of Kolinsky sable. A quality sable brush holds a point very well and also holds plenty of the egg tempera solution. Look at a Da Vinci brand 1500 series #2 round or a Windsor and Newton Series 7 #2 round as examples.
