Love your colour scheme, I'm finding a lot of the heroquest colours on the cards for the monsters a little bland, so I'm trying to experiment a little - glad I found your video!

Looks amazing! Have you done a video where you show what varnish you use or how to do it? I bought a can but haven’t done it yet because I’m afraid of ruining the finished look. Keep up the awesome work!

I haven’t covered varnishes on the channel, I use two types of varnish, games Workshop munitorum which is a satin finish and colour forge games Matt. Just be careful to follow the instructions properly, shake it really well etc and don’t use too much and you should generally be ok. I’d recommend testing on one model first so if you make a mistake you haven’t ruined a whole batch.

What greens are you using?

Hi, they are both from the games workshop contrast range, the first is Militarum green, the second is mantis warriors green.

Im gonna try this thank you. I did an abomination in blue which I really liked, then I tried more of a gold fish color scheme and it came out a little disappointing.

The path to awesome collections is paved with disappointments unfortunately, experimentation and learning what you like scheme wise is a great part of the hobby, is you really dislike it you could always strip the paint.
