Bro, seriously. Jlab should pay you for this video. The only reason why I didn't send it back to Amazon is because I'm outside of the return period. I waited 30 minutes on the phone to Jlab and no one answered. I must have read their procedure like 10 times. It was literally 1mm from landing in the bin. then I decided to watch one more video. :). happy now. Thanks
I was just going through my purse trying to find the receipt so I could take these back but I said let me try one more troubleshoot video.... Thank goodness your method worked! Thank you!!!!!!!
That's what I did as well 🤣 These suckers were about to meet the trash can until (after what seemed like a lifetime of going through click bait & tutorials that didn't work) I decided they were expensive enough to at least try "One More Video" & I'll be damned, his tutorial worked in like 30 seconds! LMAO😅 definitely gonna share... already liked & subbed. I'm glad you got yours back too 😊 I haven't a clue what the whole button situation is, but I love these things sm ❤ The battery on mine lasts for about 7 hours. *Here's a little trick of mine, and yes, I'm aware I'm (let's say) different, but I thought I'd share this little tidbit with ya, haha. Okay: When you're laying down (watching whatever) say on your left side, put the right eearbud in while the other one is charging. If the battery gets low, switch sides & pop in the other bud while the one you were using charges! When I think about it, I go back & forth with it. It's either dumb & obvious or GENIUS! Whatever the case may be... I never have a dead battery! Just sayin' 😂
Thank you sir!!! This video was truly helpful. I was lost when my two workout buddies became unpaired... Your video was strait to the point and easy to understand...
I cannot thank you enough! After several failed tutorials, I almost gave up. However, I decided to watch "ONE MORE VIDEO," & it was YOURS 😮... I spent so long trying the wrong things, but i did exactly what you said, and it literally took less than 30 seconds! Wow😊 God bless you & your loved ones & please stay safe. I am honestly so grateful 🙏 I haven't seen any other videos of yours yet, but I liked & subscribed.👍 FINALLY FOUND A GENTLEMAN WHO IS PROFESSIONAL & OFFERS PROPER ADVICE INSTEAD OF CLICK BAIT! I wish you all the best.
OMG...I thought I had to get new earbuds...they all of a sudden went to a very low volume and couldn't turn them up. I followed your tutorial and it worked. I have the JLab Pop Sport edition and it still worked! Thank you!!!
That is one of the biggest things. When they first started to come out with these we would simply have to go and buy new ones. Nowadays we can just click a few buttons and get it fixed because of people like Eduardy. Thanks bud. If you can help me out with what I posted I can actually save another fourty or 50 bucks.
Bro, thank you! I’ve tried every every sequence Google questions gave me and none of them worked. I’ve literally been messing with these things for 45 minutes and now they’re back!
I have learned that while google is good for some things, when it comes to fixing things, you get the minimal help. But most the time they end up just sending you to RU-vid anywyas,
Thank you so much! I went to the Jlab site & tried to troubleshoot their way & nothing worked. Found you & tried it & YAY it worked 👏🏼. Kept me from having to return them.
Thank you so much this actually help me pair my right and left earbuds that were from different sets of jlab sports together. Unfortunately one of my cats ran off with left half of one my set into the woods and the other one I lost right half sometime ago.
Thanks for this video, I was literally on Amazon about to buy a new pair bc I use these daily...somehow the two were individually paired to different devices I think, I use the left often by itself. But the right was not connecting to the charger even, just a solid white....Tapping the thing 7 times did the trick, I'm back in business. Thank you.
I know I subscribed to him for sure. Alot of people get on here to just get out there but he seems to actually care and one of the best parts...he doesn't make us sound like idiots. Please keep sharing the knowledge you gain on other merchandise. I will be watching in the future if anything I get might start to act up.
A+ my friend! My right ear said ready to pair and you were the first video that came up. Appreciate how quick and easy you made that. Did this in a kohl's parking lot.
Thank you for helping me pair my j-lab ear buds to each other following a factory reset. I had been trying to pair them unsuccessfully until I saw your tutorial.
Thank you soooo much! so it happened to my first pair, and I though they were busted so I bought a 2nd pair a month after it happened again. My issue was that one 1 side could be connected at a time. Thank you again!
Thanks. Mine screw up on one side a couple times every couple months and I have to search out a video to repair them. Found yours this time, will surely watch again in a couple weeks. Lol
They both say "Ready to pair" when I put them in my ears but they show up separately under bluetooth and when 1 connects then the second one connects and the first one has no more sound
Thank you. People like this that posts videos to help others and get nothing out of it but do it just to help i applaud you. Now. I have the other type of the exact same headphones. Just not the part that goes around the ear. I did each step you suggested, and the lights blinked 7 times. Then i took them out and put them into my ear and heard "Bluetooth Ready" And then "Bluetooth connected." The issue I am having and that has been the issue from the beginning is that I can get my right earbud to connect but not the left. I do know, as do we all, that there isn't exactly a list we can go through when it comes to each Bluetooth headphone. Are my headphones done for or is there something that can still be done? I usually do only use the right when at work or with my family so that I can hear my surroundings but i would love to be able to use them both. Any suggestions on this??? Please? I have been trying for 2 months to figure and and thankfully I usually only need one. Please just let me know when you get a chance what I can do.
Does this method work for the Go Air. Because everytime I do the tap 5/7 times on each earbud while they are in the case to reset them they don't pair to each other like they are supposed to. So I get two earbuds with rapid blinking lights in stead of the one that's solid and the other one that blinks. It's frustrating I've only had them for two months and they won't sync properly. So if I want one or the other ear i can only listen to one ear at a time.
I have done this at least a dozen times and they will not connect together at the same time. They continue to act as two separate bluetooth devices and will not connect to each other. This is so frustrating.
My left ine lights up after the 7 taps but everytime i bring it out the case it doesnt light up at all. My right works fine tho. Anyone else have the same issue? What worked to fix it?
For me, one side wouldn’t go into the reset mode or even stay on half the time. I tried for hours. My solution: I threw it against my dresser 3 times and it started working again. After 15 minutes of continuously resetting they finally worked. Charging it while doing this might also help.
