Ingredients:
1 fish sauce 24fl oz (3 crabs brand)
1 pack of sugar cane candy 22.9 oz or 2 cups of dark brown sugar
1 jar of 4oz or 1/2 of 8oz crab paste in the jar (2 big full spoon), removed all the wax before using.
1/4 cup of msg
2 bags of frozen Lao Olive (hog plum) 8oz
1/2 of the palm sugar 17.6oz (darker one)
1 pack of 14oz wet tamarind seedless
1 1/2 cup of fish sauce, ground preserved fish (pantai brand)
2 frozen crab with shell cooked (Ba Khia)
2 cups of pure white sugar
5 cups of water
Note:You may store the papaya sauce in cool room place or refrigerator. If you make this papaya sauce inside the house, make sure you open windows. when it's done cooking the papaya sauce you can bake the GROUND CINNAMON POWDER (spread 1/3 or 1/2 cup in bake pan) in the oven 300-350 degree for 10-15 minutes to removed the smell.
