nice video! love this mix. expensive now in 2023. and yea it can be hard to finish. even with "set control" packets. the packets sacrifice strength though. read directions carefully. you can use several packets per bag. you can really feather edge this stuff and really does NOT shrink.

I learned my lesson after 30 years of doing stuff, that not wearing gloves during demolition is a bad idea. Had a chunk of concrete fly right into my fingers and cut me pretty good as I was pounding a few blocks real hard (giggity giggity).

@iamfreebecauseofhim2027 2 года назад
We have to use the set control to work with this stuff. I used it today in a 90° temperature and it set up so quick that I didn’t have a chance to work with the whole material, I end up loosing half a bag. However is a awesome product.

Thank great video I'm learning a lot. I used 4 bags of Cement All for the first time resurfacing our patio. Definitely, a learning experience the first bag wasted a lot. But, gradually for me mixing by hand was better than a drill.

I got that nervous feeling when the mix stopped giggling around 8:08. Then you actually said it! People who are familiar with high performance concrete know all to well about the rush that comes from racing the set time. Out here in Vegas it is not for the faint of heart because even set control adds only a couple minutes of working time. Great Channel.

I love Rapid Set products. I have used their hydrolock to repair a foundation wall which stops water leaks followed up with their mortar mix which they recommend to also use on foundation wall repairs and now I'm getting ready to use their Cement All. I've done a lot of research on that product and I can't say enough how much I love their products. I follow two contractors on RU-vid that also use and recommend Rapid Set products.

It did not matter that they got rained on or that she walked on them. That is how gast it sets up and how strong it is. Love it

Nice video. You should show everyone how strong block walls are that are filled with concrete and rebar. A sledge hammer wont take it down like that lol. Just took 5 foot off the top a block wall 100 foot long that had been built about a month before at a house on Sea Island GA because the homeowners association told the owners they could not build it over a certain height. Had 7 concrete guys with gas concrete saws and a Case 580 backhoe. It was amazing how strong that wall was even after it was cut on both sides almost all the was through. I'm going to build my new house out of filled blocks now.

Hi thank you for all your excellent videos & taking your time to make us the videos. i have a question please. So I have made a lean to shed using thin mdf board panel as my walls. What I did was I use the nailer gun and stapled the board onto the 2x4s all around. It’s been over 2 years now and it’s starting to come off like the stamped nails are coming off the 2x4 and there are gaps between the vertical boards that are attached side by side. My problem is that I can’t get myself to the back of the boards to staple or mail it onto the 2x4s. So I will have to go inside the shed and try to somehow pull the boards inward and use long nails to attach from the inside instead. Now my question is…if I was to use cement all fast setting and put at between the gaps between the two attached boards, will it bond and hold up? I was thinking about the fabric concrete and staple ins it onto the boards and 2x4s hoping it will bond. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
