thank you for clearing up bipolar i and ii- i always reminded myself of the difference regarding clinically significant as a client being hospitalized or exhibiting psychotic features but it also could be losing ones possessions etc.

I do not recommend people utilize FARM GRITS ROAD because 1) It is a long acronym 2) A lot of the strategies and techniques they share are not applicable to the real exam and 3) It can lead you to get wrong answers due to the black and white thinking of the method. I recommend having more flexibility and truly understanding where your client is at, not where you think they should be.

Phillip on question #5 I picked C because I felt it was safely because of the anniversary coming up. You'd think after 7 months that the therapist would have sent a referral to grief support group. I got 4 out of the 5 right are the questions getting easier, or am I getting smarter! HA. Thanks, Robert
I appreciate the question. However, the question never identified any specific safety issues to be aware of. We never assume any details and let the questions guide your answers. I would say you are getting better at reading the questions :) Keep up the good work!
