This video is on how to pass your UK practical driving test first time! I give you tips and advice from my own experience, teacher, the internet etc. Hope you found it helpful and enjoyed! (I both loved and hated filming the skit thing at the start). Bear in mind I'm not a professional :)

I love your video. Thank you so much, I have a 1 question about gears, if I press the clutch for bringing gears from 3, to 2 and then 1, so do I have to to lift my foot over and over again as I'm bringing gears to 1 from 3 ?? Or I can still keep the clutch down and continue bring the gears down. Is that OK??? Could you please help me out in this technical issue as I'm still learner . Thank you

Glad to hear it! If you are changing down gears slowly then yes you will probably want to press the clutch down each time. However, if you are coming to a stop then you could skip 2 and change from 3 to 1 - only pressing the clutch in once. Only do this when stopping/slowing drastically. Hope that helped! Getting a driving instructor will of course be the best way to learn properly :)

It’s nuts how long it takes to get a test…In my area the driving instructors block book all the tests, then sell them!! £300 a test!

What! That's insane - I knew it was bad but that's borderline Mad Max behaviour, hope you manage to get one for less than that!

@@RHanson. thx, I got a test 25 miles away tomorrow, which I booked 3 mths ago…very corrupt happenings here in Bradford…who does one complain to?

@@justsmashing4628 Certainly sounds like it is - hope the test goes well tomorrow, sure you'll smash it! I suppose DVSA customer support would be the best bet, but not 100%
