Doesn't your school offer a 12 month pay cycle - you get lower pay for the 9 month school year allowing you to keep receiving income over the summer months you are off work? That was something we were able to do back quite a few years ago in our area but maybe that is not in all areas or not even done anymore LOL. Just stumbled across your video and definitely want cake now! Great video.
Unfortunately, they did away with that option shortly after my first year of teaching 😞 So I had to either make payments early when possible and/or put money aside throughout the year.
