My best tip for rebuilds is, if you have a half decent player when your on lower leagues and you make it to the top flight - try to keep their wages as low as possible.. as a 1-5m players on 60k a week will not sell as the interested lower cllubs wont be able to afford their wages

This was a great video, specially liked just focusing on key staff positions and leave the rest to director of football, so tedious to hire / renew staff contract, plus training needing micromanagement all the time so tedious but bad idea if staff is not that good. One thing you did not address is how to manage finance which is always an issue with lower league teams.

What to do if my player isn't growing? For example, there's a player who is 24 he's been in the club for three years and he's got very good potential but for some reason he is stuck at a three star rating. No issues with staff and workload so how do I make him grow

Firstly if he is 24 then his physical attributes wont grow too much now that he is over 21, secondly he needs lots of game time like 25 games per season at 60-90 mins, third give him a mentor group and put him on focused training depending on his position. And last hidden attributes and personality determine whether he will develop to full potential. Any kid with less than 13 determination is very unlikely to reach full potential.

@@bbar182 Determination doesn't matter much, I've had jems with 9 determination become world beaters. Also determination can be changed. It's all about personality.

@@JudeeFM yes you can reach potential without high determination but it also helps reach potential faster. Personality type is linked to determination sometimes.

@@bbar182 Would still say determination comes last over a few aspects I look at first. I wouldn't turn down a player or give up on a player just for low determination.

I don’t get how to do rebuilds successfully as when I do everything then go on holiday and sim the season I do awful as everyone becomes low morale because of not having enough playing time or people wanting a new contract. I don’t get how Steve from hood gaming actually has successful rebuilds as it always never works when I do it because of it how do I stop the team from having a low morale

When you sim, make sure the assman is in control of everything that needs to be done. This includes contracts and team management

Step 1: Get rid of the deadwood in the squad and staff Step 2: Get better players and hire better staff (as much as your resources allow). And you're on your way. 😂
