If you do this idea I think we will only be looking to spend 20-30 mill so I know it’ll be a big challenge but maybe try stick to that for the first season also our transfer policy is plucking players from lower divisions and making smart investments so would be interesting to see how you cope with that

I know you've already did Brøndby IF in Denmark, but would love to see you rebuild AaB (Aalborg BK) as they have just gotten relegated for the first time in the history of "Superligaen". They have just got new owners (or at least at large part of the stocks) from Germany. The won the Danish double in 2014 and were also danish champions in 95, 99 and 08. They used to use a lot of local danish talents but in the last 10 years they have done i less and less and in the end got them relegated on the final day of the league. They don't normally have a lot of money and needs to sell players to make a profit, so there is a challenge both financially and competition wise to get them promoted from the second tier if you get an updated database :)

Maybe try a rebuild for AAB in the danish Superliga who just have been relegated for first time ever. maybe make like a 10 year rebuild or just make them win the Superliga.? Would be relly fun because its my home team and im a bit depressed about how bad they have been?=) Good video today, Keep it up.

Openda is being followed by Leipzig IRL. Did amazing this season in France and was really good back at Vitesse in the Netherlands. Speaking of, can you do a Groningen rebuild? They relegated from the eredivisie after 25 years. It’s the club where Robben started his career and who brought Luis Suarez to Europe.

Would love to see a DOF style video or even series from you, your transfers are always so exciting would love to see you hiring firing and promoting managers/assistant managers and signing players to fit their systems it can add an extra layer of challenge signing for coach fit over your own. It's interesting to watch you take on these tougher saves. Are you able to start providing the save games for your patreons in 1 year intervals? Especially if you're simming a year to begin with. Then we could see how we go in comparison to you and with some of your rebuilds, I would love to jump in before you get to the 5 year. Love ya work

And to add something about the playoffs system in France, it's quite a bit shitty. The teams places 3rd, 4th and 5th play in the playoffs, 4th hosting 5th on a straight game, the winner going away to face the 3rd placed team. The winner of that game then plays against the Ligue 1 team. They did that cause they wanted to reduce the number of relegated teams from 3 to 2, but Ligue 2 teams were not okay with that system, they did that. Quite awful system

Youre right, winning Ligue 1 with other team than PSG is harder than winning CL. Happend to me while playing Lile - won cl in 4th season, was close only once to win Ligue 1

Ever thought about a video seeing how patreons do in their 5 years after some of the rebuilds? course you can't tell if they would be legimate with the in game editor etc but for this one especially with how difficult it would be i wonder how if they any of us would actually do any better. IRL Angers fans will be buzzing not just that you kept them in Ligue 1, not just that you made it to Europe, but also that you finished above Nantes in every season you were in the same division. As a Nantes fan, I think I'm one of the few who sees any value in the Pays de la Loire derby with Angers, as our main focus is the Brittany derby with Stade Rennais, but Angers don't have any local rivals aside from Nantes really, so they'll be dead chuffed. Oh, and so sad to see Nantes go down in Season 3, but good to see we came back up at the first attempt!

We should mix them both regarding the playoffs I think 18th should play the winner of the playoffs because if they can’t beat a team in 18th they don’t deserve premier league football also give more incentive for teams in the bottom 3 to play because they have a chance of staying up

Loved this video especially as I am currently doing a journeyman save on FM22 and managing Angers. Took over them in 24/25 in ligue 2 and got them promoted at the first attempt. First year in ligue 1 I managed a 4th place finish and europa league qualification, second year in ligue 1 managed a quarter-final in europa league, 6th in the table and conference league qualification and currently 3rd with 14 wins from 18 games. I still have Mendy, Doumbia, Ounahi and Taibi PSG are just unbeatable, they haven't lost a game in 3 seasons and have 8 out of the top 10 players in the world. Finances are hard as well especially when the board builds a new stadium and took a £44.5m loan which we are repaying £400k a month

Hey Luke, maybe u should have a look in rebuilding Beerschot, from antwerp belgium. Theyve had a lot of financial problems troughout the years and a lot of history behind it. Theyve been promoted 3 years ago and sat top of the league at christmas only to lose their coach and fall down to even get relegated the next season. What makes this all worse is the fact that Antwerp, their city rivals have just won the double in Belgium for the first time in a long while

when i loaded up your save i brought in a player called xavier simons but what is strange in the season 2027/28 he played 62 games and another 14 of the bench meaning a total of 76 games just in the premier league. clearly just a bug around it not being a loaded league

For the record when it comes to the managers, Alexandre Dujeux is the current real manager and should still be there in Ligue 2. The previous one, Abdel Bouhazama, was fired not only for the resultats but some very dark and shady comments in the locker room about the sentence of one of his players accused of sexual assault. It was an insanely bad year for Angers on and off the pitch. The chairman even stepped down in the last couple months of the season

Hi Luke, just a quick tip as I'm a little bit nerdy when comes to FM. Said is terrible TF, so I think you should do personalised settings on both forwards so if Weghorst plays he will be TF and if Said plays he will be AF.

@@OmegaLukeGaming Yes, you just need to personalise the roles for 2/3 or however many players there are for that position. Also, if for example both of the personalised strikers are injured and a third striker/player has to play in that position, then he will play the role that is set as default by the tactic. Realistically speaking, you were still overperforming Luke. One season in Europe was a fluke and it was used to its best with a 1/4 vs. Napoli. Openda is actually mental and possibly soon going to join Leipzig for 30M euros.

You can beat PSG easily once neymar starts getting old and u play a few seasons in the UCL . I just buy all their would be targets asap, and if i cant afford em early, a few seasons in, i just buy em off psg... sesko moukoko rice jude ... just pray city doesnt get haaland AND mbappe... then you are screwed .
