Oh my god. I have gone to the service center numerable times ... Everytime they ripped my money. Recently they said they can't repair.. i need to replace print head. And ur video saved me. I can't thank you enough. So easy to follow.bi did exactly what u said and it's fixed. I can't believe it's so simple.

Is there any error message on your PC? Try installing full driver package from the official Canon site and see if there is any error message.

Hello! In case of leaking problem you must contact technician to diagnose the ink system.

@@rebeccawalker839 You have to disassemble the printer, and follow the ink pipes and printhead with its pad for leaking. If you are experienced in that you can do it of course :)

If you have tried the printhead cleaning process you can do ink flushing. There is a big chance for resolving the issue with the black color this way (ink flushing).
