How to Perform Byosen Scanning, a Japanese Reiki Technique 

I received my reiki master attunememt several months ago. I never felt I was taught as thoroughly as I personally needed to be…just very basic instruction. This left me quite insecure and, frankly, frightened. I know for sure I was divinely led to you…you have helped me immensely to have a better understanding, to feel more confident and sure about the whole process and to be ready to move forward in my practice, knowing that as I practice, my abilities will be more in tune with Spirit. I am a newer Reiki master and have always felt lead by Reiki to do this very scanning sort of process on patients (I am a critical care nurse), and clients I’ve seen in my home. I've been studying for a couple of years, just not specifically Reiki. Now that I'm getting comfortable with Tarot and Crystals and Birth Charts and the Astrology side of energy, I'd love to incorporate Reiki sessions into what I plan to offer clients. Study, practice, study practice repeat! At least I'm enjoying myself! So so so glad I found this channel. What a major boost to my learning. Blessings!

Once again Thanks, Today I did the distance healing for my Wife to heal the wound on the leg...but she didn't tell the place I visualize from knew to down I started the scanning I got the right place to give the Reiki energy after the healing I confirmed the place that was exactly correct...Thank you for this amazing tip...

I have three levels of Usui Reiki and yet you are teaching so much more than I had before. This is the true Reiki that I learned from the beginning, and I thank you for teaching all of this on youtube. I quit doing Reiki and now feel I need to start up once more. I also had Healing Touch that was taught in an ara hospital where I worked. I did the healing with a practitioner to help her when we used to do this for residents of an adult home. The residents loved it and we had many sessions in the morning and more after their noon meal. The elderly took this very well and enjoyed it so much! The Reiki practioner RN, had a table so it worked out just fine! Do use a pendulum? We used the pendulums to help see how the chakras were doing and if anything was blocked and when finished we found the chakras were opened up once more.

I am grateful for your guidance with reiki. I have done about 30 or so sessions and I seem to get a sense of smell ( the hospital smell ) and that is my guidance to work on that space. I love all the techniques you are teaching. I know this is part of my calling. I have had a few doubts with some sessions and you have renewed my faith that I am meant for this. I seem to crave the opportunity for each session. I just felt lacking and had to look for guidance. I was drawn to you and I am grateful. My teacher seemed to me to go to the dark shadow side and draw out all the mental issues. To me this was months of deep sad emotional reiki. I chose to go with pure light, positive healing with crystals. I got to the point of not wanting to go back to classes because my teacher would get very upset if someone did not show up for class and say they would get sick for not being serious enough to show up. This bothered me to the core, so I did not complete my last certificate for distance reiki. I do feel confident now, after watching many of your beautiful guidance videos. I’m grateful for your kindness to help so many. I Am grateful for your kindness 💖

I have had a lump in my knee for over 30 years. It dosn't hurt and medical surgeons decided to leave it in as biopsy was clear. I scanned my body and at the knee , it tingled and I had the need to lower down. I felt a relieving energy flow down from my hips to the knee as well as heat. It's feeling quite good.

So fascinating! My pinky jerked like it had been shocked over my sacral chakra..⚡

Hi Andrea, new to your channel and thank you for sharing your wisdom. I am a Level 3 Energy Healer using the Byosen scanning method and subsequently went on to complete Reiki Level 1. Both powerful but I do prefer the hands off method and find people more receptive with a hands off approach. I will subscribe and watch your sessions regularly going forward. I like to use my hands directly on the body, but I also hover my hands over someone. One thing for sure, I always ask someone beforehand if it's okay to touch them. I once had a person who could not stand to have their feet touched so I made sure no physical hands on for the feet in that session. 💜

Lovely. I typically feel the breeze and temperature changes. Also, throughout the video, it appeared to be some glitches not sure if they were energetic or digital. *Sometimes when I look at others, I can see where the energy is off when I'm fully turned.

This was the technique I used naturally before I did any Reiki training

Again excellent tips. My Byosen scanning practice got interrupted by the pandemic. Ironically, I feel more comfortable now with distance reiki that in-person! Do you experience byosen differently when scanning a proxy while doing a distance session?
