How to Tell if Reiki is Working 

One of my clients started singing in light language during receiving reiki and she said her whole body was buzzing. 🙌🏼

Hi, I practice Reiki daily, my distance Reiki have become stronger by the practice. Once my daughter was on a tour in Spain, she suddenly got sick with fever, vomiting. She called me from there to India, I did distance healing to her n she had a good sleep next day was fresh as if nothing happened. I ,myself was surprised and was very happy that I can do it. Thanks to my Reiki master for teaching me Reiki.

I've never had Reiki in person. Just wanted to say that remote Reiki works too. This goes beyond time and space. Thank you Andrea. 💚

I had my first Reiki treatment a week ago today. I was struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. I could not figure out the triggers for the attacks. My session was after a deep tissue massage. The anxiety had me wearing my shoulders as earrings and my jaw would tightly clench. Of course the massage helped; however, it was Reiki that did the most. I was in that (theta?) stage between wakefulness and drifting to sleep. Yet I was aware. The improvement was immediate. I have not clenched my jaw in a week. My husband noticed an immediate change. So much so he wants to budget my sessions monthly. My mindset is more positive. I still cannot pinpoint where the panic and anxiety came from. But my peace of mind, happiness, and mental clarity are vastly improved.

The opposite of disease is ease….Reiki helps you be at ease so you can heal…

i became a Reiki master about 30 years ago ,and got disenchanted by the people i was around , interestingly, i have started doing Qi Gong this year and my teacher mentioned Reiki . . then i found you. i have severe chronic pain which makes realaxation and sleep impossible - and i've never really thought that i could 'do my own' treatments very well. -i will say that i did become relaxed while watching your distance Reiki video - thankyou

When i ask my angels to do reiki on me, my legs and hands start to move on their own like little seizures 💯💯

I was introduced to Reiki many years ago and have had many sessions since then. I have always equated Reiki as the equivalent of several years of psychological therapy in one session, even though, in the beginning, I had no awareness of any physical sensation during the session.

I too, have the finger twitching, when receiving Reiki. My eyes also become very active, going back and forth behind my eyelids. As a practitioner, many of my clients become very relaxed and often fall asleep. Emotions releasing and tears flowing, can also be common. Thanks for the video.

Andrea... I had an experience with my practitioner pre-Covid where she released a muscle memory and I flopped around on her table like a fish out of water. She does a combo of Reiki, Polarity, and Cranio-Sacral all at once. I was diagnosed with CPTSD, Anxiety and DID and she has been quite helpful in moving both my "kid" traumas and my "adult" traumas. I get waves, see colors, digestive system gurgling, etc... I still have a long way to go though, as I have many more blocks to work through so that I can be able to see the inner white light that I used to see when I was a kid, but I'm hopeful that through a combination of meditation, Reiki, and self-work, I'll eventually get there. Thank you for offering all of your videos. I find you quite helpful in your explanations on different topics and knowledgeable in your practice. I am glad I found your page and I've been following you for a few months now. I appreciate all of your uploads.

As a client, I experience the jerking, falling asleep, finger moving up, stomach air growling and eyes fluttering. I was wondering why my eyes were moving like that...now i know. As a giver, I wish i can see how the energy flow, but the recipient who received my distance healing felt herself swaying on her bed. Amazing!

This is a great explanation of proof of how reiki works at a tangible level. Prior to lockdown my reiki tutor used to hold monthly reiki shares (I miss them!) and as someone who finds it difficult to relax easily, she said she always knew when I had reached relaxation point when I took a deep breath, huge exhale and sank into the bed, almost as if my diaphragm had decided "ok, you win, have at it"... and gave way. As a practitioner I know that I am channelling reiki because my fingers and palms feel hot, swollen and tingling, sometimes to the point if discomfort. Thanks Andrea.

I love the Reiki healing. Your the first channel I've found that's not pushing witchcraft. I'm down with naturalpathic healing And I study plant medicine Natural cures etc. I'm a believer in God. I don't push my beliefs on people but I'm always open IF someone has questions. But in my business I'm not pushing my beliefs on others. I just find it strange alot of these practitioners are practicing witches? I came from a family who was involved in esoteric practices But it's not in my wheelhouse. I just wish wish people could just do the practice without adding spells etc That's why I enjoy your channel You're very professional

I’m so glad you mentioned that little forefinger twitch. It happens to me now and then. Also the first time through the sacral chakra portion of your full chakra distance series here on RU-vid, I had a release of tears. The strongest feeling of energy flow for me is inside my head behind my third eye area, a very powerful but pleasant sensation of pressure and pulling upward. Plus my lips often going numb and tingly and my teeth vibrating (not chattering, but like they’re connected to something like electricity) It happens in meditation and can continue afterwards. I completed the master level last year, I fell out a little on doing my self reiki , I'm getting back to it. The last year had many personal challenges and reiki does help and balances my mind, body and spirit. I would love to hear more about your personal journey to reiki and what your experience is. I had an incredible experience in the beginning where I saw a visual of some trauma a practice client was holding in the stomach area. It was a powerful moment. I know it has worked so much on myself and I do intend on becoming a practitioner for others. I have practiced on my mom and partner, my mom right before surgery. I have definitely seen and felt the power of reiki.

Such an insightful video! I find that my eyelids/forehead twitches a lot when giving or receiving reiki. Someone once told me that it was my third eye opening!

Very interesting. I listened to your video for weight lose last night (first time listening to one of your videos & with reiki healing also). My stomach was growling & I felt like someone was touching my elbow off & on thru the whole session. I had my eyes closed & was laying down on my bed. I was amazed that the touch didn't scare me. I find during some Reiki sessions I carry out for others, my wrist sometimes twitches quite strongly...almost as if it was being re positioned. I love Reiki it is an amazing tool for healing. Great explanation of what to expect to feel in a Reiki session. I'm interested in trying Reiki for the first time and this makes me feel more comfortable having an idea of what to expect...and excited about the positive effects.
