I am sorry but I am a 74 yr OAP and flitting from one You Tube video to another is confusing ! So far I have done wi fi speed test which seems satisfactory and the router is situated close to the main BT line socket and not near any electrical items like TV fridges it never has been I guess I will have to keep going but when you get into a video and are told to watch 2 others before proceeding it is a tad disheartening. We are in the country 1 neighbour only nearby and are already on full fibre. I joined Zen impressed by your personal support but is that a thing of the past? What I am concerned about is recent increased number of drop out requiring me to switch off and on again the Fritz box.
