If i delete my activision account would it delete my xbox MW account thats linked to it bc i cant unlink it do to a wrong email so i made a new account but i cant link it to that account bc its already linked to the old one

if i erase my activition account i unlink my play station account with the activision account? i have my play station account linked with an account that i dont have email access, so if i try to unlink or to change email or the name they send me a mail to that mail where i dont have access, because dont exist anymore, if i erase it that account unlink and i can link a new one?
It says “The account(s) you log in with, and any account(s) linked to it, will be deleted.” If I sign in with my Xbox account, will it be deleted also?

This deletes absolutely everything FYI, all of old cods data, it will make everything brand new as if you’ve never played spamming as far back as any games on ps4/Xbox 1 e.g Bo3, infinite warfare, Ghosts, etc they will all be reset to level 1 also ❤️👊🏻
So I have 2 accounts, my main one that doesn't have anything linked and then my console one that has everything linked. If i delete my console one, will it unlink everything and will I be able to link it to my main account or no

@@HowToOnline- I delete my actual gmail. and i cannot access the email anymore. but my activision account has my stuff linked to it. which is bad so i ended up deleting the activision account which is good for me so i can unlink stuff because i dont have access to it anymore. aproximately how long do you think that will take for the activision account to delete"?
