but how if i want to maintain the transparent begroung PNG image without missing link in autocad, inthis case i want to add the digital signature, that why i need to maintain the transparent beground PNG image

There is no automatic way to convert multiple images to ole inside Autocad

Your file might be corrupted if so try this to clean it www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCAD-File-Corruption.html also you can try what happens in a brand new empty drawing, does it work there?

Try to turn off or on hardware acceleration mode from the status bar.

Ramki you can use ctrl+a on paint, then on the Home tab, click the Rotate option. Finally, inserted in Autocad. As this point there's no way to rotate ole inside Autocad. I'll find a trick to do it, have your bell 🔔 notification on so you don't miss it.
