In this two-part video series I'll explain how I go about photographing the sun in a safe way. You should never look at the sun through your viewfinder, but when precautions are taken, you can photograph the sun in various ways, adding to the joy of photography.
I provide some tips on what I like to do when photographing the sun.
In the second part of this series, I talk specifically about solar filters, what they are, and how to use them.
