The video I absolutely needed. I had to cut back on wine, yes that is alcohol too no matter what doctors say. Alcohol in all its forms dries out skin and can impact the thyroid, which regulates hormones. Something else doctors won’t tell us: excess alcohol consumption can be linked to declines in breasts health (ie: the big C). Baebae, I am a skin tech junkie, along with gua sha, face rollers, and ice rollers. Face yoga is that jam!!! Dry brushing, along with wood therapy does wonders on skin, including tone, scar and pore reduction. We left out sunscreen boo. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this 🙏🏽💪🏽💯💎👑😘
TFS! I'm on the 3rd day of a water and fruit only fast and I'm impressed with myself. Feeling lighter/less bloated, sleeping better, and already thinking what to cut out from my daily diet moving forward. I may try the eye patches!
