Hey everyone, here is another video from our flower series and we hope you enjoy. Have you check out our How to pipe buttercream camellia flower video yet ? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-9stNIo4vDI8.html
OOOHHHH ...No wonder I thought these were real flowers... It is YOU!!! The BEST Teacher ever.... (that is saying a lot, since I'm a Teacher too)... Love this video Thank you so much for sharing this.
I love your colors and designs. I'm a Baker at a donut shop and I've been working on making flowers on top of my donuts with our butter cream. These videos help out so much. Thank you for the great content.
I don't think the exact ones I'm using in this video are still available. I put a link in the description for you to similar pastel colored ones that are available on amazon(it's where I got the originals) and I also added a link for the white ones with handles that I use in a lot of our more recent videos. Hope this helps!
I tried making these this evening. I’m afraid I didn’t do yours justice. I am using practice cream made out of vegetable lard and it definitely did not pair well with the warm Singaporean evening. This very fine Korean tip wasn’t the right combination for this type of cream and weather. I’ll try cooling it done a lot before having another go tomorrow. The camellias turned out beautifully tho. 😂 I’m going to stick with it!🙏🏼
heat and humidity are always the enemy! We struggle with it too! We used a simple buttercream for these which is very much like a practice buttercream but made with butter rather than vegetable lard, but you could use other types of buttercream as well like Swiss, Italian or whatever works best with your climate. Hope the next round goes well and glad to hear the camellias turned out nicely!
Hi! Color mixing takes time and practice and time and at least in my case many mistakes. I think we might do some more videos this year about mixing colors. I like adding a touch of black to a shade to make a low chroma version of it, and browns can be great for achieving a dusty or dull looking shade. cheers!
It would be really helpful to add what tip you are using. Most of these videos don't mention it and I believe it's a very important part of how to do the flower.
The tips and bag info is in the video and you can use the chapter to get to it. It is at 07:05 Label Tips and Bags. All of our flower video have chapter for ease of use. hope this help.
I'm not sure. You can order chefmaster colors directly for the company(they ship) and they are available on amazon as well. I'm not sure if they are carried in stores or by online retailers in the UK. I hope this helps. Cheers!
we are using American but you could use italtian or Swiss to pipe these kinds of flowers you just might not get the same intensity with the colors for the darker shades like the black. happy decorating!
