what about JV opportunities. If you to refer your audience to someone with expertise in a related topic or a need that is "off topic" for you. Such as, online legal advice, bookkeeping, business credit, etc. Another example: the book Profit First, which helps many different types of small businesses. These topics could be related to "working ON your business" instead of skills for type of business, such as painting.
I'm not 100% sure I understand. your Q - do you mean how would you categorize JV opps? Or would you consider them a pillar? I personally wouldn't consider them a pillar but would decide which of my pillars they belong in. And keep in mind you can ALWAYS choose to deviate when it's a good fit to do so. This just creates a structure that ensures you're not deviating too often from your brand. Does that answer your Q?
