Custom gown for 3-5 months is insaaaaneee!!! You can have a custom, fully beaded, peak glam gown for a week in the Philippines.

That's insane, but it also depends on the style, type of fabric, details on the gown and modifications.

Excellent advice! I will also add that mindset prep is essential. Getting honest about who I am and what I want to accomplish has changed my life- not just as a title holder.

Plan B for wardrobe is so real! Especially if you're not satisfied with your first custom gown too. (like mine it was a little too far from the sketch)

In Mexico, the winners in beauty pageants have to for pay the preparation for an international pageant out of their own pocket because the state or national organization is not supporting them in any way. An example is the winner of Mexicana Internacional from Mexicana Universal organization has to pay for her own expenses for competing in Miss International.

That's also common in the US. Contestants pay for much of their prep.

Yes, it can be overwhelming. But, I encourage my clients to take it one step at a time. Little steps make it very manageable but, it requires foresight.
