How many years can a rose stay in a pot of this size? I use big enough pots but my roses never seem to thrive, especially after the first season. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What is John Inness #3???? We can't get that in the USA. We want to plant correctly. Please make a new video giving the ingredients and quantities instead of something that no one in the USA can get!
just make sure its a good quality potting soil. and also can do some compost in it. I usually go with miracle grow potting soil and a bagged compost from any big box garden store. for the mycorrhizae I use Biotone from espoma would at any garden center or nursery. hope this helps. not sure which state you are located in. but all these ingredients are accessible pretty easily in the USA.
