Thanks so much for all your videos and this book, and much appreciated was the help on choosing my 3rd tank drum! My wife bought me a small one and I returned it and bought a 13 note one but with your guidance that is back at Amazon now while I wait for my new 15 note drum. The book I bought from you I view in my tablet, and I’m in the process of separating the songs into individual files so I can find them easily in my music app. Onsong, thanks again 🤙

Wow your songs are great. I wanted to start this instrument and with some research I finally come to Hluru 13 , and then your channel. I got so determined that I purchased the tongue drum today online and I would get your book in few days when I received the instrument so I can play songs and learn the notes Many thanks for your great videos

The Numbers Notation transpose to Alphabet notation in the explanation page is in "C SCALE". It will diffrent to other scale.

Hello, i love your tutorial even though I only encountered today. Already bought your Drum-Book online :) I am confused. In 0:58 you write the notes. 5(.) is G and is 5 also G (octave higher) or is it a D like you mentioned???

I bought your book and am trying to follow. I bought a hluru drum from amazon and it doesn't have the number 3 in the middle. It has a hollow hole. So can I follow your tabs from your books. Also what does the dot under the number refer to?

Its 14 tone that you have from what i know... First thing, you need get used to the Number Notation.. if you are familiar enough, its easy to play. Learn slowly and enjoy.. i am sure you can 🙏🙏

The Hluru 15 note steel tongue drum only comes in the Key of D Maj. Is the book that you sell in D Maj? The Numbers notation to alphabet notation is in C Maj and should be in D Maj for the Hluru 15 note drum.

How do you know i am writing in C Maj? Hehehe... You know, when you playing using numbers, u dont need to worry about what key. Because numbers kan transpose to every key. For example is you want transpose 1234567 to C then it will become CDEFGAB, or transpose to G then becomeCDEF# GAB. Numbers is the easy way to write because its can be everything.

I just bought your music note ebook. But it doesn’t have instructions how to read your notes. Example [37] what does it mean. And when should I pause or when to hit the drum really fast. I don’t have knowledge of reading musical notes before. Any video to learn how to read your notes?

Thats why, i make the video for each song in the ebook. You need to see and hear the example how i play. Then just follow it. (37) mean play 3and7 together.

I own one of these books, but its fully chinese so i cant understand... The thing is that in sheets there numbers from 0 to 7 and I dont what should I play when a 0 appears :((
