So glad someone did cass guide during this season, its allways interesting to see how fellow cass mains aproach this champion. Since i was allways more on tanky side of cass building im now after FoN nerf confused i kinda dont know what to go for vs heavy AP maybe banshe is ok after all. whats your thought on cosmic and demonic ? worth ever building in your opinion? Anyway thank you for this video its allways nice to hear take on cass from someone good. From time to time it helps me spot weaknes in my play even tho i have basicly 2Mil on cass already last split i got to 500LP EUNE as OTP now im trying EUW climb on alt lets see where is my ceeling on better server.
HI FELLOW CASS MAIN!! It always makes me happy that someone who is so well versed with cassio is giving praise to my guide! Im always self conscious with my guide not being the best but im glad u helped ease some of my worries so thank you for that! Congrats on hitting 500 LP EUNE! That’s BIG and I know damn well ur gonna do well when u start ur climb on the EUW server so keep me updated :)) Honestly, against heavy ap teams (3 or more primary carry ap damage dealers) I would just opt for taking double mr shards, overgrowth/conditioning, and then often times banshees FIRST before an actual MR defensive item (cause often times I would be the only ap damage dealer so I wanna have SOME agency during teamfights and squirmishes). It also just depends on WHO they have on enemy team to justify the banshees. Abyssal mask is also always a GREAT option because not only does it reduce their MR allowing u to do more damage, but also GAINING more MR per cursed target. I think cosmic drive is NOT the best item IN GENERAL, so I wouldn’t wanna build it in like 90% of my games and would only build it if I was trying to have fun or testing because the only REAL good value from cosmic would be the CDR but u can get that with other items that have more value. I think demonic is a good item if they have multiple front line/tanks (3-4) because majority of the game, u’ll be hitting them anyways if ur team and enemy team are playing properly. I hope my opinions and take on some of the stuff helped u out a bit and i’m glad i was able to discuss this with a fellow cass main! Thank you again for watching and liking the guide!

Im glad u liked the video!! Cassio does REALLY well into yone because of her W. When yone presses “e” and u press w ontop of him, he can’t take his e back until hes out of it. When he uses his Q3 (his dash part), he ALWAYS faces towards u and can’t turn around, so u can get a free ult on him! If that explanation wasn’t the best, u can ask me more when I stream (which is usually monday-friday at around 7/8pm EST on twitch)!
Song , thanks so much for the guide. I quit League for a while ( my highest rank was D2 s6) and the game changed so much since then. Now people have many choices , gap closing or active items. Also in my opinion , i realised that it was “easier” those days to climb since now (low-mid emerald , no many games, ) many players have better mechanics. I prefer to play her top side and capitalise the mid game a lot since most of the time i need 2 people to push me off while my team secure objectives or map pressure. I recommend to try her against champions like Darius and Morde which are pain for the most of top matchups. I could add Yone as Extreme hard matchup since he can literally dash from 50 yards away. Also with 13.20 patch and the “new” fleet i have issues with champions with that rune early to mid game. Did you have any issues with lbs with fleet recently?
YES YES, I think playing cassio bot and top is actually 100x easier than playing it mid because of how many champs that can outrange you and zone u (syndra, ori, azir, viktor etc etc). LB is always a weird matchup cause its hard to hit her but thank god they nerfed AD LB LOOOL
not EVERY melee champ. I think champs that have dashes or movement abilities is tough for cass. This includes camille, renekton, akali, irelia, etc etc
So how do you lane vs neeko i seem to struggle more then i should she feels similiar to long range mages to me have good poke early , and geting on top of her is hard. Sometimes i play conqueror cause of other champs in the game maybe I should allways go phase rush vs her ?
Yeaaa, if u WANNA fight her early and have some kill pressure, phase rush is the way to go IMO due to the fact that you need to dodge her E and catch up with her W movement speed. Conq is still fine and you can still get a kill in lane but if shes a DECENT player, its gonna be a little tricky. Neeko as a champ is just very poke heavy against most champs so it makes sense that the laning phase will be a bit hard. You COULD take very defensive runes and try to survive laning phase, focusing more on cs until you get items because she falls off mid to late game whereas you’ll be thriving at that point in the game. If u are confident about ur cassio gameplay, u can make small trades hitting ur q and then walking forward and back to bait out abilities and zone her from cs (spacing), which will open up opportunities for a kill. I MIGHT have no explained that the best but I can explain it better if you ask me on stream LOL but I hope that helped a BIT!
Shadowflame for burst build because it gives flat magic pen (less mr they have, the more damage u’ll do so the squishy champs will get one shot faster)
I fucking petrified irl when i realized that her E cast doesn't cancel active movement clicks, no wonder i was kiting like shit with her, i was playing like an adc
