I just wanted to say thank you so much! You're the best piano tutor ever! I looked around for youtube to help me get started with the piano, and the first thing that came up was hdpiano. In under a week with the help of Phil I learned 2 songs already. This has to be the best way to learn piano. I'm a visual learner and the way you explain it is just amazng! I've played in 2nd grade, but never cared about it. but now, in 11th grade, I take it seriously, I couldn't thank you guys enough! :)
hey Phil! my name is Jimmy and I have to tell you that you're a prodigy! my life has changed because of you. I've met new friends who love listening to my piano skills I've learned from you! Also I now have something to do in the summer and that's look at you tutorials. I was hoping if you could do Colour my World by Chicago. its considered its a wonderful song and there is only one person that teaches how to play that song on youtube! I would really want to impress my father! Thanks Phil!
I would love to see some Radiohead on this channel. Pyramid Song, Sail To The Moon, Life In A Glasshouse, A Punchup At A Wedding...there's definitely a lot to choose from!
thanks hd piano for some good tutorials but I was wondering are you gonna put up part 2 for john legend ordinary people or did you give up on that project?
dude, your lessons are amazing, but don't u think it's a little harsh that we should get an account and buy the rest of the parts on your site ? #shareyourknowledge
Michael de maeyer I appreciate your comment/thoughts. Here's another way of looking at it...Consider asking an artist who spends countless hours practicing, recording music and writing songs to just release his or her album for free or calling him harsh for charging $10 for his album. Don't you think artists and music teachers should be compensated for their work? Especially if they provide value that people really want and are willing to pay for? HD piano membership is less than the cost of 2 private lessons, and is worth a least a year or more of piano lessons. For the record, I am not affiliated with HD piano and have no reason to comment on this other than to share my perspective as a full time music teacher and recording artist.
