How to Play Epic Games with a Controller

I cannot believe Epics games does not have controller support after so much time. I have never buy any game from them and I stop getting free games from them months ago. I am so happy

Unfortunately, it doesn't work even with the 2nd variant. However, the controller is recognized by the pc and also works in steam picture mode, but not with epics

Go into the settings in big picture and go to controller and make sure it’s on steam input not default fir some games

I have been trying to get my controller to work on fortnite because i want to get aim assist lol. But for some reason no tutorials ever work. I am on a nintendo switch pro controller. Nothing works. Ok sooo after messing with it all day…there is a simpler way to get the controller working instead of moving everything to steam just open task manager and close steam load up Fortnite and your controller should auto configure…. The reason the problem happens is because steam and epic are trying to use 2 different controller configs…. But I love the vid I’m just trying to help because I prefer controller on some games and I know how frustrating this is 🤝

i love to play rocket league i played for 2 years on my ps4 controller, i could easily connect my ps4 controller to bluetooth and it worked imeaditly but now i got myself a ps5 controller and its complitly diffrent im littarly trying now for 3 hours to play rl or fortnite, but it just wont work, i am connected with bluetooth can u maybe help? i appriciate the vid! i succeded to change the lights and to add epicgames to steam but rocket league and fortnite arent standing between my downloads. idk why bc i got them on the epic games app. thx for the tut and i hope for an answer soon🙏
