Thanks Marty! Love the Police. More to this than I gave credit. I remember watching that piece about their reunion tour and Summers saying how much wok it would be to get in shape and I wondered what the big deal was. Now I see it was finger stretching workouts!
The stretches are crazy when you start to do them, but it's so good for the left hand and building technique. This stuff really helped me out back in the day and still does!
