I am experiencing the same issue with the chromatic excercise you talked bout from jhon petrucci's rock discipline jajaja i reach 110 and everything starts feeling bad jajaja now i am trying to focuse in the pickslanting technique because when i play the excercise before that one in AM i struggle a lot jajaja but i feel a lot of pain in my hands, even if i play slow i dont know what the hell i am doing wrong, posture seems to be fine, well i will keep working on it, but i want to ask you something, do you practice for example 1 day just 60 BPM? or do you increase speed up to 110 for instance in one day? thank you for your videos, your covers are awesome!
