Thanks for the great lessons. I've been playing guitar for a few months now and really wanted to learn some of my favorite songs but on other videos I just couldn't understand what to do.Lessons on other channels either move to fast or they are just to hard to understand. With your videos I've learned some of my favorite black/death metal songs, and every day exited to actually play my guitar because I can actually play songs I love.
Question what other channels because it feels like there are no channels that teach any black metal? Every time I want to learn a BM song there isn't one and sometimes no tabs either.
I feel like he plays the second main riff ( just after the solo ) on the bottom string. All slides. Just from the sounds of it. Sounds like sliding more than anything. Great fucking lesson though. I can't wait to get a spare guitar and drop it down. Always wanted to learn this song. Just never got around to it. Been on a really big Swansong/Heartwork kick these days.

Nope, it's wrong from the beginning. The tremolo part ends on fret 10 the first time through, and fret 7 the second time through. This is common, and I've only seen it played correctly on youtube a couple of times.

correct I played in standard tuning and while not perfect since I am working on the song it was ok. I plan to use my drop tune pedal once I have the notes and patterns memorized.
