Keyforge is a two-player card game from Richard Garfield, where you collect amber to forge keys using unique decks. Every deck in Keyforge is different from every other deck, with their own unique names and image on the back. Each deck comes with an identifier card that shows the name of the deck on one side, and has a complete deck list on the other. The decks are designed to be unchanging, but the lack of deck building does not make this game any less complex.
This video will teach someone who has never played before how to play in only 15 minutes. Luckily, the game is intuitive and easy to parse!

A note about Fight: The creature has to SURVIVE fighting in order for you to get the effect. Also for chains, you don't lose a chain if you didn't draw cards up to hand size. So if you end the turn with 6 cards in hand and go to the draw phase, and don't draw a card, you don't lose a chain. You only lose a chain when you would draw a card up to your normal non-chained handsize but don't.

Final Fantasy tcg next please!!! I think many of your MTG followers will very much enjoy FFTCG as the mechanics are very similar, but tweaked enough to fix one of the fundamental issues in Magic, which is Mana flood/screw. As an MTG player for about 20 years, I tried fftcg and love the gameplay and the community!!! Love the channel, keep up the good work!

It's a great game I think a lot of people would be interested in because of it's ease to learn and from a franchise that has touched us all for many years, stories, and characters that are all in the game! There's a new set coming out in less than a months time too so it would be a great intro to get people to try it out!

Keyforged has become so popular at my LGS it has replaced Friday Night Magic. Magic night is now Thursdays, which is great for Magic Players as there is another store 15 - 20 minutes away that still does FNM. Both stores have nearly doubled their player bases.

For purely comedic purposes, I'd like you to try and cover really complex board games (like those WW2 campaigns that take 10+ hours to resolve) just to see how much explanation you can cram in 15 minutes or less. It would more sketch than actual How To Play but I feel like that could be your style of comedy.

Final Fantasy TCG!! It’s close to Magic, but has some nuances and improvements (imo) over Magic. Very deep game but pretty easy to learn - especially if you have a Magic background, as much of your audience does!

I've been playing Magic since 2004 and have played almost every major TCG/CCG that has been released and besides Magic, KeyForge is the only one that has kept me playing for longer than a month, between it's literally unique design, balanced gameplay and execution.

@@eueu2 You can't customize your decks but it also means your opponent can't either. I haven't really ran into problems with it being pay to win. There are people at my LGS who have bought $200 worth of decks(24 decks total) and while someone might get the occasional very good deck, they seem to be few and far between. Sealed events are especially fun because everybody opens a new deck, has a few minutes to look it over and they jump right into the action.

Ascension (and its expansions) is a great deckbuilding game (one of my personal favorite games of all time!) that can be easily explained in under 15 minutes and I believe needs more representation.
