I’m playing kickball for PE and I swear everyone knows how to play so they never explain it, if I hadn’t watched this, I would have been dead.

This guy is so underrated, he deserves way more subs than he has now. He makes the most complicated games look simple.

Thanks for the explanation. This is like baseball except no bat. You just kick the ball and get the opposite team's player out before they touch the next base or get back to home base.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only person in the world who has no clue how to play kickball. I was put on a kickball team of kids and adults, and had no idea what I was doing, because no one really explained it to me (I apparently still did alright lol)

It has been a while since I was a kid and played this game. I always loved it. But I thought you could also throw the ball at the kicker and if it hit them they were out. But maybe I am misremembering or the rules have changed. If the kicker is running from 2nd to 3rd and the 3rd baseman has the ball and touches the 3rd base before the runner gets there, can't the runner just go back to 2nd and be safe like in baseball? Or would the kicker automatically be out?

when you're defending, can you pass the ball to your teammate by kicking it? let's say you're far at the back and you want to quickly pass the ball to home plate by kicking it. is it allowed?

Tysm bc I played kickball in PE and I had no idea what to do so I just ligit stood in the base not knowing what to do and there’re like “GO!! BRUH GO” and im like “what?……” and they get me and they like “YOUR OUT BRUH YOUR SO BAD” and I just stood at the end of the line embarrassed.. tysmm

So basically Baseball played with legs and batter is using his legs instead of a bat. Baseball + soccer = Kickball.

Without this I would have been so lost in PE😅

Doesn't make sense if the defense touches the base at 3rd ahead of the runner that the runner is out. The runner has the option to run back to 2nd since it isn't a "force out" on 3rd base since there isn't another runner on his team occupying 1st base.

So, you can’t throw the ball at the runner to get them out?
