I was trying to find a loki build for assault, as an assault main loki definitely felt a lot weaker but this build inspired me and now if I get loki my final build is Sledge Frostbound Shifters shield Void shield Genjis Gaia He feels so much better now in assault with this build Thanks @Fineokay
I think 3 stacks for the blind instead of 4 and maybe a little more oomph on the 3 will be good. I like him as he is now but he doesn't feel good enough to take the place of a new god release yet.
The blind is really good though, it isn't as good as Ra's but it's so much better than Set's, he has decent ways to confirm the blind too so I think 4 is good, making it easier would make it a bit too good and remove most of the nuance.
@@alexissifuentes3132 if he stuns you in it and then body blocks you into it you'll get hit for over 300 easily. I've played against enough new loki already to confirm that.
Guys, who's good with items? What do you build if you are a mage against a guardian who's building health pretty much? I should build that one too? Or some magical power and penetration
Off topic comment- Even though the intro was correct with all the Loki's atm- I just decided to share this really bad game i had for everyone else- Literally i was playing Ama solo yes? And i had built my regular build which had golden blade in it because i like golden blade still on Ama. Literally my solo was afriad of me to the point where he would constantly run away from me when he got super low and sat at tower and waited for me to farm and than just ran away Twice he died by minions and I'm no where near at tower. I'm back at base. Anyways- My jungle is suffering with an Isis support and an Nu wa carry. Now Nu wa carry i wouldn't have minded at all but truth be told they... Kinda sucked. Isis being a mage built a straight support build something you would kinda see with an actual support god So anyways during mid match, i go and gank there lane because they will not stop whining for jungle to stay with them, kids getting messed up because jungle cannot breath and i was several levels higher than run away solo so i went and ganked. Which resulted in me handing duo a shit ton of kills because i ulted Now you may think why am i complaining yes? Well when support doesn't act like support and runs to help, they sit and watch the team one v a fed team minus solo lane and blame everyone else There were several times i died saving them and then in return they purposely died and then blamed me saying, " Ama what is that build lol" " who builds golden blade" Meanwhile enemy solo and our jungle has golden blade built and I'm getting the shit for it. Anyways. Yes yes i know tall about not paying attention They keep harping on me saying I'm trash, i got my build online ect. In no means did i get my build online. I got recommend items from my boyfriend who then later told me items i could go into ect. Which I learned and took his recommends and experimented with others, as Well as watching your Ama solo videos just so i can be prepared But yet this two dumbasses didn't clearly see, I built protection ( you sound like my mom) that slows basic attacks, hell i started to build even more protection on Ama because i had the power to kill, but no one on duo was helping me at all and sat and blamed me for losing the game Now in all honesty, because a squishy female gamer has it's bad points and i got hurt behind this because i usually play every other God in solo than warrior. And Warrior is the one job class I'm bad at and i want to get better. Duo lane even had the nerve to go after my boyfriend which was jungle because he was 9/10 when before he had to keep babying there lane, he was 9/2. He sat up kills and they didn't even take them, they let him die, and support was bragging saying she's went 20/4 in a jungle match Well I've went 24/10 and KDA isn't supposed to matter in a team based game. If anything it shows how weak you are to need to say how better you are with KDA's While being upset my boyfriend of course told me you get people like this and you have to dust people off and told me i did well with Ama because i didn't need him, I kept solo in check and i ganked early because i was fed. Even though my bad game still hurts just because i had an " badass Isis support" tell me how to build and beg me to build better is actually the laughable thing Coming from an Isis support that would have went better going damage than support items LMFAO I just wanted to share my personal story mainly because i do love smite, the games been fun and it's going to take alot than this to delete the game because an Isis support tells me my build is shit but got no protections from what she was building lol I'll keep in mind there's always room for improvement to get better at ama solo and I'll keep going, but i just wanted to comment this just to come and say that having shitty teammates doesn't mean you delete the game and stop having fun. Even if you lose
I had a loki jungler call me trash at the end of the match (I was trying sun wukong solo for the first time, never played him before) and yet we both had 6 kills and they had more deaths lmao. Toxic teammates will ruin games for you but it the game is still enjoyable if you can ignore them, just zone the toxicity out and smite is mad fun
Me and a friend had been playing Aphro-Ama duo lane all year and doing pretty well. We had a Cthulhu mid that called for the entire team to report my Aphro support for "playing off role" and "wasting his time" literally before the minions even spawned in the match. 5 mins in he died 3 times with no kills. Ama(me) and Aphro are stomping our duo lane already taking a tower and starting to invade their jungle. This Cthulhu throws a tantrum all game being as rude as possible, and from minute 10 till the end of the game he does nothing but walk in circles in the fountain. Enemy team has a d/c later on and we manage to win the 4v4 without cthulhu. My Aphro apologised for "wasting his time" 🤣🤣🤣
Tiger form does tons of damage and stuns at max even at rank 1. Passive last longer so he can fight better at lower health. His 1 has been buffed so much in the past couple of years it does a lot of poke. My favorite god in smite is meta and I’m so happy 😁
I haven’t tried in solo yet but was messing around in other modes with this build that I got from professor Loki which is the same start as yours but then going into warrior ya I then going into a sledge or Gaia depending and then glad and then go into an oni and then into a pride and then a void for the blessing sell
Loki is definitely viable now. Still takes some skill but the reward for having that skill is worthwhile. My only complaint is that his 2 is now right at the top of the list of annoying abilities to play against.
He's more viable in a team fight yes but he's lost his assassin identity so IMO his rework is just bad, he needs more damage on his ult if its gonna be his engage especially because his other skills are weak ass DOT's
sun wukong need a rework for hes 2 an they should incluye 1 more Transformation on hes 3 i love this god but it gets out play by most gods in smite not saying he is trash but a rework would be nice😁

As someone with over 200 hours alone into Loki, of which whom would not consider himself a great Loki, I despise this new rework as of the moment, buffing the 2 and 3 some would make me like it, but the current state of them isn’t very helpful, so it’s basically Auto only Loki in higher tier matches, and Loki taking Warriors Blessing, AND GOD FORBID MAGES, is disgusting and they’ve ruined him
@@mirage4023 Rework definitely leaves something to be desired. I like playing against this new kit a lot more than the old one since it forces him to join in team fights (which he's a bit more capable of staying in now), but playing it is surprisingly unsatisfying. I feel like a lot of the nuances with his old kit were lost, and the rework tries to make up for that in sheer stats and conditions for each ability - but forces you to use only a couple of combos instead of the myriad of ways you could deal damage with old Loki, especially in auto resets and good placement of your decoy. To top it off, the fact that 3 out of his four abilities deal damage over time, while a bit easier to deal with, feels immensely unsatisfying to use, especially the 3 with its long cast time. I feel like the two ironically doesn't do enough, and the ult, just... ugh. He's missing the good game feel from the old kit that drew a lot of people in the first place.
InvalidationX145 more or less exactly what I was thinking, what drew loki players in wasnt his powerful kit or anything, it was the number of ways you could use his abilities together in tandem, also the fun Last Laugh/ Joki laugh spam.. characters like Loki in SMITE, or Aramusha in For Honor are noob smashers, we are good at tearing apart new players and teaching them how to adapt, while the higher players, ones who’ve played for a while, shouldn’t fall for the same basic tricks, but sometimes they do
InvalidationX145 I say his new kit is very unsatisfying, his abilities just don’t sync well with each other, plus the majors amount of damage drop off like dots are cool and all but the amount of kills I’ve lost due to low damage is just crazy, I mean hell I can’t even solo loki any more because his two doesn’t clear waves but if I get in close to kills waves as a 2 3 combo I’m now forcing myself into lane thus being fell on. The amount of times I’ve been ganked trying to solo loki or just clear a lane because I’ve had to push up is fucking insane. Plus his over all damage isn’t good like yea old Loki’s kit worked really well with Auto canceling which brought him most of his damage but now I can’t even kill a mage or hunter late game without a team nearby, meaning loki gets bullied for engaging where it used to be I can get in kill your adc get out now it’s if I engage where is my team cause if I try I’m most likely gonna die. And plus ive always been drawn to loki because smite had him feel like a classic rogue in a mmorpg like WoW ya sneak up stub cripple do massive amounts of damage and leave. Now it’s I’ll throw my two out try and see if my team ccs them or wait for the cc throw the two ult which can be countered by moving out of the cone then pray my team does the damage to secure a kill. Over all if his damage was buffed I’d probably wouldn’t complain as much
