personally, I use the ARX like a DMR instead of an AR. You run it with a reflex, turn it to semi auto, and play in very tightly packed maps with corridors like plane or coastline, and it gets surprising results

Few things in R6 give as much pleasure to the ear as a well placed air jab activating when the defuser is planted. 10/10 would yeet again.

Ive solo queued forever and Nomad is honestly a gift from the gods. I have a bad habit of trusting my rando teammates and I always regret it. The airjab might be wonky but its more dependable than randoms.

I used to main Nomad, now I default pick her if I am just confused as to which op to choose and need a safety net in a sense. These days I'm just using every operator for about a week and then moving on to the next, getting proficient in each one no matter what happens. One that always stuck with me was Nomad. Was it because I suck at multi-tasking? Not at all. I used it like Gregor said, for fuser denial, anti-flanks, and anti-run-outs, and for area lock down. I also use it for memes. On the road to S.I. map I set it up, was a me versus 4 moment, set it up outside a window, 2 people ran out, the first got launched off the roof and onto the ground, and I headshot the other guy. 1 airjab made a 1v4 a 1v2. The next thing to happen was the Kaid on their team tried to come out from the other window, ran into an airjab, I nailed em, and proceeded to win the match after a long fight with a Bandit. Holy shit this character is not only fun, but can be clutch if you know how to work her. Using the airjab in tandem with a claymore that is badly placed is also a viable strat, killing the annoying Clash that only wastes everyone's time quickly is nice, and wasting the time of defenders, and allowing easy shots on them if they attempt a diffuse. Put a jab at entries to the site, usually 2 doors, and one directly on the diffuser. They are absolutely boned. I run the ARX, contrary to many people's choices, but I just like the feel of the gun tbh. I abhor the AK platform in general, so the ARX is just nice, low mag cap, but it gets it done and the gun itself has rarely failed me.

Nomad with Holo is SO good on outback. So many corridors to put a mind down and because it’s close quarters just use Holo.

Pros literally say the exact opposite as far as how to use the airjabs. They say you better use them for flanks then for diffuser unless u have flanks covered another way

I agree with both you and Pengu tbh. While yes, you can clearly see the lazer and cannot detonate like an impact and thus makes it harder to use aggressively, its still possible if you prefire it smartly in a peak battle or when you know they will push. Once they hit it, they cant do anything about it. So if you used it offensively without being a total idiot and using it like its an impact, youve won that gunfight without a doubt. Its definitely got counters in terms of playing smart around it, not so much a counter op. Its not as broken as Pengu says since its not a 100% win button in every situation ever, in the event you get hit by one and someone was ready for it, yes youre fucked. Either way good vid mate, keep it up.

I like Nomad, she's fun. I play her with the AK-74M on bigger Maps and the ARX on smaller, just because the ARX is better in Spray n pray. I almost got an Ace Clutch with here once, but there was that freakin Lesion that played objective with his Gu Mine.

Actully nomad holds more a area denial operator similar to claymores capitao and gridlock they are built to make you stay or make you leave
