I would like to point out a combo you missed - you can launch your 2 and go into the suitcase, then teleport to your cloak. The suitcase will explode where you teleport to
Barrage should almost always be your opener, as it stacks added spirit damage for the rest of your combo. You can go into your briefcase immediately after you launch your cloak, and teleporting to the cloak, pops you out of your briefcase. Doing it that way is much faster, and stacks damage for your burst potential.
yup, the only reason to hold is if you are going to ulti and want to delay so your ulti can do some work, or if you are engaging in a team fight and might need a way to avoid death
