I believe you can use any number of skills per turn. You can only refresh one skill each turn.

Really hoping roll player adventures gets translated around here, as it seems to finally solve the issue of " now that you're character is ready for an adventure, game end!" A.K.A. character creation simulator

Yeah, I still have not played with any expansion for this one. I hear the Monster and Minions one in particular is great!
